We welcome cyclists and have secure storage for bikes, and workshop facilites.
There are many cycle routes of varying lengths and type suitable for beginers to experienced.
Close by there are marked forest tracks ('swinnie' and 'Hells Hole') suitable for mountain bikes. (A great family day out)

Bikers Welcome

Steven 'Hizzy' Hislop lived and laid to rest here in Chesters.

We are just over the border into scotland making an ideal first stop on a Scotland tour. A warm welcome for you and your bike with secure garaging if required.
Pay your respects to 'Hizzy' at his memorial in the village. There is also a bronze statue in his memory in Wilton park, Hawick. It is unusual as it is a life-sized image of Hizzy in his leathers and is mounted at ground level.
